Canberra's busy heart ❤️
Nice big room with comfy bed | Easy check-in | Spotlessly clean
Dining area felt overcrowded and chaotic.

Pool temperature could be warmer!!! Shower drain issues lead to a wet bathroom floor!!! One rubbish bin is not enough for a family!!! Internal rooms are too hot and noisy during events!!! Remote control not functioning well!!!

Family with children inconvenience
The staff was friendly, especially the guy with the Batman tattoo who helped with our bags. The pool area was really nice and my son had a blast swimming. He loved the spa too which was unexpected and a good way to unwind after our long drive.
It wasn't exactly cheap though, felt like I paid a premium for some lackluster aspects.

Decent location, needs work
Stayed in a Superior Queen room. The staff were friendly, but the air-con was super noisy and made it hard to sleep. The bar/lounge area was nice for a drink. Small issue was the parking charges weren’t mentioned upfront. It could use some TLC for the price paid.

Impressive indoor pool and a delightful breakfast that catered to various tastes made for a pleasant experience. the room service menu was limited and rather unappetizing, and I found it frustrating that I was unable to enjoy a simple light snack upon arrival. While the room was comfortable, cleanliness could be improved as I noticed dust accumulating on carpets.
